Simply book the type of storage service you require, we come to you to pick up your valuables, we store them in our secure warehouse, and bring them back to you whenever you need them—so you don’t have to. We implement an open model system, we use partitions to optimize warehouse space.

For Valet Storage, to manage your inventory, we recommend that you take an overhead picture of your boxes before sealing them, once the valuables are in our warehouse, you can update directly in your portal by uploading the overhead picture and listing down the contents of that particular box. Same goes with the Bulk Items, please take a picture of it and upload it in your portal for your online visibility.
You can change or cancel your reservation by logging into your account or visiting the Contact Us section on the website. You can also change or cancel a reservation by calling us at 02-8-569 0371 or email us at email@example.com
We ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours’ notice, should you need to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel or change your reservation within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a PHP700.00 service fee. Please refer to the “Deliveries and Collections” section of the Terms and Conditions document available on our website for further information.
If you advised us that you would be able to pack your box within 30 minutes, our storage architects will wait to receive or collect your valuables. If the waiting time exceeds 30 minutes, we reserve the right to reschedule the same and charge you a fee of PHP 550.00 for the failed collection trip. You have up to two weeks (14 days) to schedule a pick-up after we drop off your boxes. You can set the pickup of the boxes in the customer portal, the same time when you placed your reservation. If you hold on to the boxes for more than 14 days, we’ll charge you as if the containers were stored with us in our own facilities.
Yes, we do. You can order packing supplies right after you’ve selected your desired plan and service.
Normal delivery is within 48 hours from the time we receive your request through the customer portal, although this is on a first come, first serve basis. If you need quicker service and it is available, we have a rush fee of PHP 700.00 per delivery instance.
We maintain very tight security in our facility. We have 24/7 professional security guards and full CCTV coverage. Our warehouse is a clean and well-kept facility, is properly ventilated and has both temperature and climate-controlled storage. We have regularly-scheduled pest control and are located in a flood free area. We also offer Insurance Plans for added security. Your peace of mind is our business.
Please ensure that your valuables have been securely packed into the storage containers. We will not be held liable for any damages due to poorly packed items. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for details on what you can and cannot store with us.
Should you need, we can provide packing materials and various types of cardboard boxes for you to fill with your items.
You can also avail of our full-service option for our packing service to assist you in your packing needs. For our packing services, charges start at PHP 1,600.00 per CBM, do note that packing materials will be provided. Furniture disassembly and staircase fee are excluded in the full-service option.
Yes. We are unable to store any perishable items, breakables, liquids, flammables, animals, hazardous items, firearms, explosive devices, or any illegal substances or illegal drugs. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more details.
For your reference, we’ve provided examples on our website of different things you can store in a box. Before you pack, you can order as many boxes you think you need, and we will take back the ones you don’t use at no charge to you. If you have packed your containers and still need more, just give us a call or order online and we’ll send you more boxes. It’s best to avoid overpacking or overloading your boxes because this may damage the contents. Yes, there is. Items stored with us must not exceed weight capacity per box or per individual item. Below is the weight capacity of some cardboard boxes we have:
Storage for Bulk items must not exceed 25 KG per Item. The item should be easily carried by one person whether it be our Storage Architect or a logistics partner.
We only store items that have been insured. There are three options:

You can book an appointment through your account on our customer portal. Once logged in:
Certainly! You can enter the alternative address you need the items sent to during the booking process and we’ll deliver them there. If you’d like them to be delivered to another person, please include their information. For the delivery, make sure they have a photo ID on them so that we can ensure that your belongings are being delivered to the correct person.
We ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours’ advance notice before your requested transaction, should you need to change or cancel your reservation.
A prorated amount against your monthly fee will not be applied but instead, you will have to pay the minimum commitment of 1 month.
You will have to pay the remaining days or months on your contract if you decide to terminate before the commitment end date.
Our pick-up and delivery fee will depend on the volume of the items for storage and the distance from the pick-up point to our storage facility.
If you know in advance that you may be late making a payment for any reason, please contact us so that we can work with you. If we do not hear from you, you will be charged a penalty fee for late or missed payments. In some cases, if you have not paid, it is possible that we may not return your belongings or take further action until your account balance is settled. You may refer to our terms and conditions for more information.
The minimum requirement is a one-month rental period with us.
We accept both online and offline modes of payments. For offline payments, we accept PDC, regular bank checks, managers check, and COD. At the moment, for online payments you can pay through PayPal. Your account will then be automatically charged on a monthly basis. We are working on getting our system to be able to accept major debit/credit cards. You can also pay through direct bank transfer or deposit.
You will only start paying when your items reach our warehouse. Your items are always delivered to the warehouse the same day they are collected. The monthly billing cycle begins the day the items arrived in our facility. For example, if we pick up your items on the 5th of the month, your second Billing Cycle begins on the 5th of the next month and so on.
Your billing and account information can be updated through your account by logging in to the customer portal.
We’ll have to charge PHP 700.00 for the cancellation plus the actual cost incurred for delivering the empty boxes to you.

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by requesting the return of your items stored with us and settling all outstanding charges due. However, the total rent of the storage plan minimum commitment is not refundable, same as when you remove items from storage before the minimum commitment. Upon termination, you must ensure that you contact us to arrange the return of your items at your cost. The return must be arranged within 15 days from the date of notification. If, for any reason, within 15 days following the termination of this Agreement, you have not arranged the return of your items we may dispose of them in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
